da ingegnere a fashion blogger (part.3)

IT Zaguline! Siamo giunte alla terza puntata della mia vita…! QUI e QUI trovate la prima e la seconda puntata!!!
L’Università mi aveva offerto un’opportunità unica ed io l’ho colta al volo tanto da essermi distinta – durante il workshop – tra gli altri studenti! Un Docente infatti mi chiese di diventare la sua assistente e la mia carriera universitaria cambio’ radicalmente…! Mancava solo finire gli esami ma l’impegno preso col Docente mi impegnava parecchio. 9 esami e sarei diventata Architetto/Ingegnere.
9 esami, i più impegnativi… i “mattoni”, i più ostici come “meccanica”, “tecnica delle costruzioni”, ecc.
Sentivo che il mio obiettivo era diventato una “chimera” perchè lavorando come assistente mi sentivo importante (insomma ero orgogliosa di me!) ma nello stesso tempo non stavo dedicando il giusto tempo ai miei studi. Arrivo’ il giorno che un Assistente – “odiato” in quel momento ma che ora ringrazio di cuore per le sue parole – mi disse: “cosa credi di fare senza laurea? Sei NESSUNO! prendi in mano il tuo futuro!” Lo disse usando un tono quasi “cattivo” ed io ci rimasi male. Mi ferirono quelle parole ma dentro di me “raccolsi il guanto della sfida” e cosa feci? Non ci crederete… Quei 9 esami mancanti li diedi in 9 mesi!
Chi e’ stato oppure e’ studente universitario può immaginare che ho compiuto una “missione impossibile” ma sapete cosa vi dico? Ho dimostrato che NULLA e’ impossibile se credi in te stesso! 
11 luglio 2003: il giorno della mia Laurea! Valentina Coco difronte ai suoi genitori – super emozionati come lei – diventa Architetto/Ingegnere! Ero riuscita a coronare il mio ed il loro sogno di vedere la loro unica figlia aver raggiunto l’obiettivo di una vita!
L’Università poi mi propose una borsa di studio in “Sismica” cosi’ per un anno ho fatto ricerche e insegnato all’Università di Pavia nella facoltà di Ingegneria. Personalmente ero molto soddisfatta della mia carriera! ma… non era abbastanza! Iniziai ad inviare il mio curriculum vitae a tutti gli studi di Milano e in meno di un mese uno dei più grossi studi di Architettura mi offri’ un lavoro! Ero assunta con la Partita Iva e potevo quindi portare a termini dei lavori per conto mio. Rimasi con loro per 2 anni fino a quando il Comune di Cesano Boscone mi chiese di far parte della loro “Patrimoniale” la società partecipata 100% dal Comune, una S.r.l. che riceveva lavoro solo dal Comune stesso. Mi offrirono un contratto a tempo indeterminato e avrei potuto fare l’Architetto/Ingegnere a 360° – cosa che in uno studio privato non e’ possibile dato che e’ il proprietario ad avere l’ultima parola – ma appena comunicai la notizia in studio di volermene andare, mi fecero una contro offerta più vantaggiosa perchè non volevano perdere una persona in gamba come me!
In quel momento… Ero davvero indecisa! Cosa dovevo fare? Era una mia decisione e dovevo prenderla da sola…

EN Zaguline! We reached the third part of my life…!
The University offered to me a unique opportunity and I got it immediately and I made the best job – during the workshop – among the other students! Infact a Professor asked me to become his assistant and my university career changed a lot…! Only missed to finish my exams but the commitment took with the Professor took a lot of time. 9 exams and I would have become an Architect/Engineer.
9 exams, the hardest ones, the most demanding… the “heaviest”, the most complicated as “mechanic”, “building techniques”, ecc.
I felt as my goal was become a fantasy ‘cause I felt important working as assistant (I was proud of myself!) but at the same time I was not dedicate the right time to my studies. It arrived one day that an Assistant – “hated” in that moment but now I’ve just have to tell him “thanks” for his words – told me: “what are you going to do without a degree? You’re NOTHING! You must take the lead of your future!” He said these words in a bad way and I felt really sad. Those words hurted me but inside of me “I took up the challenge” and what I did?
You’re not going to believe me… I did those 9 exams in 9 months!
Who has been or who is an university student can imagine that I did “a mission impossible” but you know what? I demonstrated that NOTHING is impossible if you trust in yourself!
11 th the july 2003: the day of my Degree! Valentina Coco in front of her parents – so emotioned like her – become Architect/Engineer! I reached my and their dream to see her unique daughter conquerer a life project!
The University proposed me a scholarship in “Sismic” so, for one year, I made lots of researches and teached to the University of Pavia in the mayor of engineering. Personally I was very satisfied about my career! But… It wasn’t enough! I started sending my curriculum vitae to all engineering studies in Milan and before the end of the month, one of the biggest Architecture study offered to me a job! I had the “Partita Iva” so I could finish some jobs by myself. I stayed with them for 2 year ‘til when the District of Cesano Boscone asked me to be part of their company the “Patrimoniale”, a company that receives job directly from the District. They offered me an open-ended contract and I could do my dream job and be an Architect/Engineer at 100% – into a private study it’s not possible to do it ‘cause the owner has the final decision – but as soon as I told them the news, they offered to me a better offer ‘cause the didn’t want to loose a good worker as I was!
In that moment… I felt lost! What should I do? It was my own decision and I had to take it by myself…

ES Zaguline! Hemos llegado a la tercera parte de mi vida…!
La Universidad me había ofrecido una oportunidad única y yo la cogí enseguida y me destaque – durante el workshop – entre todos los estudiantes. Un Profesor por eso me pregunto’ de devenir su ayudante y mi carrera universitaria cambio’ radicalmente…! Faltaba solamente terminar los exámenes pero el empeño cogido col el Profesor me empeñaba muchísimo. 9 exámenes y me iba a convertir en Arquitecto/Ingeniero.
9 exámenes, los màs que empeña… los “ladrillos”, los màs duros como “mecánica”, “técnica de las construcciones”, ecc.
Sentía que mi objetivo era devenido una “chimera” porque trabajando como ayudante me sentía importante (estaba orgullosa de mi misma!) pero al mismo tiempo no estaba dando el justo tiempo a mis estudios. Llego’ el día que un Ayudante – “odiado” en aquel momento pero ahora puedo decirle “gracias” de corazón – me dijo: “que quieres hacer en tu vida sin licenciatura? Eres NADIE! Tomas en la mano tu vida!” Lo dijo en una manera casi “mala” y yo me puse mala. Me hirieron aquellas parablas pero yo “acepte’ el desafio” y que hice? No vais a creerme… Aquellos 9 exámenes que faltaban los hicen en 9 meses!
Quien ha sido o quien es estudiante universitario puede imaginar que hice casi una “misión imposible” pero sabéis que? He demostrado que NADA es imposible si crees en tu misma! 
11 julio 2003: el día de mi licenciatura! Valentina Coco enfrente a sus padres – muy emocionados como ella – deviene Arquitecto/Ingeniero! Conseguí a realizar mi e sus sueño de ver su única hija conseguir el objetivo de la vida!
La Universidad después me ofrecio’ un bolso de estudios en “Sísmica” así que para un año hice recercas y enseñé a la Universidad de Pavia en la facultad de Ingeniería. Personalmente estaba muy satisfecha de mi carrera! Pero… non era bastante! Empecé a enviar mi currículum vitae a todos los estudios de Milán y en meno de un mes uno de lo màs grande estudio de Arquitectura me ofreció un trabajo! Tenia la “Partita Iva” y tenia la oportunidad te acabar trabajos sola. Estuve con ellos 2 años hasta cuando el Municipio de Cesano Boscone me pregunto’ si quisiera hacer parte de la “Patrimonial” una empresa que pertenece 100% al Municipio, una S.r.l. que podría recibir trabajo solamente desde el Municipio. Me ofrecieron un contrato indeterminado y tenia la oportunidad de ser Arquitecto/Ingeniero a 360° – cosa que en un estudio privado no ocurre porque es el dueño a tener la ultima parabla en cada decisión – pero cuando dice la noticia en el estudio, que quisiera irme, me hicieron otra oferta màs ventajosa porque no querían perder una buena trabajadora como yo!
En aquel momento… No sabia que hacer! Cual era la decisión correcta? Era una mia decisión y tenia que cogerla sola…
